I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Refund/returns

Returns:You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges:If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@liveongaux.com or 682.216.5147 to arrange for an exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items, as well as any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
